History:

2010 : Repurchase of 3 sites of the former group IXMECA. Unit of Chanteloup les Vignes, Besançon and Tangiers (Marocco).

2006 : SIRA is stake holded by its management.

2003 : SIRA headquarter and BERNAR are transferred on a same site in Cergy Pontoise (North west of Paris).

2001 : SIRA SERVICES is created near the RISOUD facilities.

2000 : Acquisition of DELAGE Aéro and BERNAR

1998 : SIRA, a private equity holding is settled together with Executive Managers and Financial Partnership and acquires RISOUD and SADAM

1996 : DESHORS purchases DELAGE AERO.

1973 : SADAM (Société Atlantique d’Applications Mécaniques) is founded in Cholet by Mr PORCHER./p>

1972 : DELAGE AERO is purchased by BREGUET.

1962 : Mr BERNAR creates a prototyping workshop with 2 employees in Argenteuil near Paris.

1953: DELAGE’s brothers create DELAGE in Aubervilliers near Paris (aeronautical sheet metal forming activity).

1937: Risoud Precision moved to south of Loire at Aubigny sur Nère for its activities in Defense industry.

1917 : Mr RISOUD creates RISOUD PRECISION, bases in a small workshop in Aubigny near Bourges and dedicated to precision machining for industrial machineries.
